Final Fantasy X was the first Final Fantasy game released on [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_2 PlayStation 2], and was also the first mainline Final Fantasy game to use fully rendered 3D environments. Both Final Fantasy X and its' sequel, [[FFX-2|Final Fantasy X-2]], were remastered and released on [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_3 PlayStation 3] and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Vita PlayStation Vita] in December 2013, for [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_4 PlayStation 4] in May 2015 and on [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Windows Microsoft Windows] in May 2016. The Windows port of Final Fantasy X is distributed through Valve's [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steam_(software) Steam platform], and includes both FFX and FFX-2.
